perspective

So yesterday I was having one of those days. I was missing not going back to East. My heart was full of other self centeredness and then I got 2 lessons in perspective.

1) I went and saw Kathy.

2) Jake came over and on a walk he grabed my hand and said, "Auntie, you're my sweetheart."

At the end of the day there are only a few things that truly matter. And careers are not one of them.
